Caitlin Ruth @ Goleen Harbour
Author of Blasta Books’ Funky and former head chef of Deasy’s restaurant near Clonakilty in West Cork, Caitlin Ruth makes her debut pop-up at Goleen Harbour this July. Hailing from New Hampshire, USA, she has called Ireland home since 1992. Listed in McKenna’s 100 Best and awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand, she now has a food truck—Caitlin Ruth Food—that serves a menu of seasonal food from West Cork’s own growers and producers.

IYER'S @ Goleen Harbour
Following an incredibly successful, sold out inaugural pop-up in July 2024, we are delighted to welcome Gautham, Caroline and team back to Goleen Harbour for two nights of their authentic delicious food!
Specialising in food true to Gautham’s own roots and steeped in Ayurvedic tradition, IYER’s Restaurant served up handmade South Indian-style vegan and vegetarian food utilising only the freshest locally sourced ingredients for over a decade from Pope’s Quay in Cork City.
In a restaurant review in 2021, the Irish Examiner’s Joe McNamee praised Iyer’s for their vegetarian focus. “Eat vegetarian food as delicious and life-sustaining as Gautham Iyer’s and even the greatest carnivore will be truly sated,” he wrote.
