A Gather for Gaza

September 5th-7th 

Following on from last years wonderful event we held with our good friends Frank & Owen we are hosting a second Gather for Gaza. All the profits from ticket sales will be going directly to organisations on the ground in Gaza carrying out much needed Humanitarian Aid Work. Starting  Friday acts confirmed include popular Ska Reggae band Mango Moon followed by Rebel County Dubtronic Legends Wiggle, we’ll be dancing the night away…

Saturday will see a full programme including kids entertainment, target archery, basketry, coastal foraging, woodland walks, saunas and hot tubs. We’ll also be celebrating Palestinian culture and food, they’ll be a host of musical acts, including, Irene, Katina O’Kane, Camilla Grieshel, Maurice Seezer Ciara O’Driscol and Bertrand, the much welcome return of  The Great Shakes and The Calvinists, followed by Dj’s Danny Marshall and Bristol’s Queen Bee plus a song writing workshop with Caz Jeffries.

Our friends at Wicklow Wolf brewery will be running a second bar with us at our Stretch Tent the profits of which will also be going to Gaza.

We’ll be finishing Sunday lunchtime with mellow Dj vibes.

Our causes

Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) worked for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees, now with the onslaught of horror from Israel they provide essential life saving medical aid and a forum for empowering peoples voices for humanity and change

Takeru Team are a charity formed in Gaza by Bilal Mohammed, a social worker and greatly respected community leader. They provide flour, clothing, water, shelter, meals, and hold activities to boost recovery through psychological support. Bilal has become a dear treasured and deeply trusted friend
