Camping
Enjoy a truly unique camping experience—soak up the stunning views of the rugged coastal landscape and marvel at the starry night sky while toasting marshmallows over the amphitheatre firepit.
Our founder Matt designed the EcoCabins to minimize environmental impact, maximize natural light, and be cosy and warm. Our EcoCabins offer a taste of tiny house living in our unique West Cork location.
Inspired by our original Harbour Garden prototype, Fahane South & North cabins are thoughtfully designed and beautifully crafted. Each features a stunning birch ply kitchen and a modern bathroom.
The cabins include a separate bedroom with a king-size bed, along with a comfortable double sofa bed in the living area. A mezzanine sleeping platform provides an additional space suitable for children, allowing the cabins to accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 child.
With breathtaking views across the Atlantic, these cabins offer a truly memorable coastal escape. Built sustainably using SIPS (Structurally Insulated Panels), they provide exceptional energy efficiency—keeping you warm in winter, cool in summer, and surrounded by peaceful comfort year-round.
From €170 per night.
Situated in an elevated position to catch the evening sun in our beautiful Harbour Garden, you would hardly believe this EcoCabin is little more than 500m from Goleen main street.
It is ideal for a couple’s getaway but can sleep up to five with a double sofa bed in the living room and child-sized mezzanine bed. The space is light-filled with views down through the garden and across the harbour which you can enjoy from the front deck. In the evening, you can relax by your private fire pit and take in the starry skies.
From €165 per night.
Our stunning, light-filled EcoCabins feature a fully glazed gable end giving panoramic views of the Wild Atlantic, right across to the iconic Fastnet Rock Lighthouse.
From €160 per night.
It has a well-equipped kitchen with an induction hob, oven, and fridge; everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay.
Outside there’s a small, semi-covered deck accessed through the door in the gable end plus a full-length deck on the side. Again, this is perfect for those warm summer nights spent in the company of family and friends as you find yourself mesmerized by the star-filled sky above.
Access to the communal fire pit, Elemental Spa, and Barrel Top event building is only a short stroll away.
We have installed Zero Carbon district heating system for heating and hot water.
The paths leading up to the cabins are gravel, but we recommend that you bring suitable footwear for walking the land in muddy conditions.
We want Goleen Harbour to be a restful and relaxing place for all our guests, so Wi-Fi is only available in the Barrel Top main building.
We have a beautiful swimming spot—just off the rocks at Castle Strand. Please note, however, that use of this swimming area is entirely at your own risk!
To help us protect this beautiful place, we ask all guests to leave the area just as they found it. Please do not litter — including cigarette butts — and be cautious to dispose of your waste in the correct bins.
As an eco-tourism destination, we are also very pet friendly, so you are welcome to bring your pet. However, we do have some rules for the benefit of all our guests:
