Join us every Friday at 9.30AM for a grounding and revitalising yoga practice, held in our stretch tent—fully immersed in nature, overlooking the Wild Atlantic Way.

This class isn’t just about movement; it’s about deepening your connection—to yourself, to your breath, and to the landscape around you. Yoga is a process of unfolding, of discovering both the strength and softness within. Through breathwork and asana, we’ll explore a practice that supports autonomy, self-awareness, and embodied wisdom.

Drawing from traditions including Iyengar, Ashtanga, Hatha, and Nidra, my teaching is guided by both structure and adaptability—meeting you where you are, while offering space for growth. Expect a flow rooted in the Ashtanga Primary Series, with modifications to suit each individual. Vocal cues and hands-on adjustments will help guide you through the sequence, ensuring an experience that is both supportive and expansive.

All levels welcome—whether you’re new to the mat or deep in your practice. Come breathe, move, and reconnect.
